Full Day Combo Clinic- Bike Maintenance and Coaching Clinic

Join us Sunday, October 24th from 7am-3pm for our last full day combo clinic of the year! The first 3 hrs of the day will be held at Good Turn Cycles at their brand new location in Denver, where engagement coordinator and bike mechanic, Christina Booth will lead the bike maintenance clinic. Bring your bike to work on- 2 people per bike stand- with topics including bike inspection prior to rides, what to have in your bike tool kit, flat tire repairs, brakes, derailleur and chain repairs, and suspension settings. 

After the maintenance clinic, everyone will head south to Ruby Hill Park where the coaching clinic will be held from 11-3pm, lead by Coach Tina Meinhardt and Coach Christina. The clinic will cover the essential skills of mountain biking, fundamental skills including ready positions, bike/body separation, and braking, as well as skills such as cornering, and navigating switchbacks. The cost of this full day clinic is $150, and will include light breakfast and coffee at the shop. Please bring a light lunch or snack for prior to the coaching clinic.
