We’re bringing you another nutrition workshop! This workshop will be hosted by Makayla Meixner, a Colorado sports dietitian that specializes in performance nutrition for mountain sport athletes. In this hour-long workshop, learn what to eat before, during, and after rides plus take a step-by-step approach to building your own fueling plan!
