Thursday Social Night @ Red Rocks Stairs

During the winter we will alternate weeks of rides/Red Rocks stair workouts. For the Red Rocks stairs, most of us start at the bottom of the north end set of stairs off of Trading Post Rd. Park anywhere, though! You’re welcome to do whatever you want- north side stair laps, amphitheater stair laps, stair jumps, lunges, push ups, etc! 💪🏼🦵🏼See you out there! 😃
