About the Event
Join us for a fun technical ride on Tuesday, April 11th at 5:30pm at White Ranch. We will meet at the White Ranch East Trailhead located at 21827 W 56th Ave, Golden, CO 80403.
Route: We will head up Belcher to Sawmill and down Longhorn. If needed for time, we will take Maverick to Longhorn.
Ability level: Ride level 6 - Advanced. You are comfortable navigating black trails with chunky rocks. Advanced intermediate riders who are looking to push their abilities should be OK on this ride, but may want to walk some steeper sections. Knee pads highly recommended.
Pace: Party. We will be stopping lots on the climb and regrouping, but this is a strenuous climb, so be prepared to work for your descent!
Updated: We should have enough ride leads/sweeps to do 2 groups if needed. Max of 8 per group.
It is highly recommended to have a trails app on your phone, such as Trailforks or MTB Project to be familiar with the trail system. Lights are also recommended to carry in your pack, in early spring and late fall
