Get to know our new club sponsor in south Golden- Unite Fitness!
Join Mara and Tina for a 40-minute strength session for all levels. No strength training experience needed! We will guide you through a fun circuit-style class focused on training for overall stability and power for the upper and lower body, as well as abdominal strength. The class will be a blend of movements that represent functional strength training, CrossFit, Pilates, and some yoga blended in, too!
After class, we will walk to Bonfire Burritos to re-fuel and socialize.
