About the Event
Join us EVERY Wednesday morning at 7am for a morning workout at the Red Rocks stairs, followed by optional coffee/breakfast at a nearby location (Morris & Mae, downtown Morrison, Launch Colorado, etc).
Park at the bottom of the north side stairs (On Google it shows as “Small Parking Lot”- just north from the trading post store-Trading Post Rd, Morrison, CO 80465) then find us doing laps!
